Returns Policy

10-year Limited Warranty

Simon Bedding, Inc. warrants that your mattress will be replaced, due to faulty workmanship or material defects during the 10 year period of this Limited Warranty specifically subject to the limitations contained herein.

This Limited Warranty starts from the time of the product purchase. It is understood that this Limited Warranty does not apply to instances of normal wear or tear and does not include issues concerning any increase in the softness or a decrease in the slow recovery feature due to normal use, temperature, or humidity.

This Warranty Does Not Cover Items Such As:

         An increase in the softness or a decrease in the slow recovery feature due to normal use, temperature, or humidity.

         Fabric stains, soiling, burns, cuts, or tears that is not evident at the time of delivery

         Transportation, inspection, or removal costs of product.

         Mold or mildew

         Damage to the mattress or cover due to physical abuse

         For models with removable covers, damage due to improper washing (discoloration).

         Torn positioning handles

         Temporary manufacturing smell

         Comfort preference after you sleep on the bed (example: This bed is too soft).

In Order For This Limited Warranty To Be Valid, You Must:

         Be the original consumer purchaser, and have purchased the mattress from one of our authorized dealers in the United States.

         Provide a copy of the original store receipt, or other proof of date, place of purchase and purchase price. Model name label and law label of the defective product must be attached to identify the bedding and validate this warranty.

(Please note that credit card receipts are not considered a valid proof of purchase.)

You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


We can ship to virtually any address in the continental US. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are cubed-based. The space of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all cubic feet will be rounded up to the next full cube.
